Midway Proposes Goal of 10% for DBE's

Midway Specialty Vehicles, LLC has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. Midway proposes an annual overall goal of 10% in the use of DBEs for fiscal year 2010. This goal and its rationale are available for inspection during normal business hours at our main office in Elkhart, IN for the next 30 days following November 1, 2009.
