Midway Specialty Vehicles introduced the Pinnacle Bus at the BusCon Trade Show in Chicago, IL. The Pinnacle Bus is built using a Sprinter Cab Chassis. Now, fuel economy can be attained for shuttle bus operators. The 20 miles per gallon rating for the Sprinter is a significant savings. Midway has capitalized on the fuel and carbon foot print efficiencies of the Sprinter. The Pinnacle Bus now gives the passengers comfortable seating and panoramic visibility while being transported. The bus operators at the BusCon Trade Show were excited that there is an acceptable alternative for transporting passengers and being fuel efficient. The Pinnacle Bus has extra passenger area width for additional comfort. The passenger entry door is extra wide for easy entry and exit. The aerodynamic molded exterior panels help to enhance the fuel efficiency. The Pinnacle Bus gives the bus operator a vehicle that makes sense to use in passenger service.
